# Pasar NFT

Pasar NFT is a platform that contains audios, videos, photos, or images in a Blockchain- based digital format supported by creators (artists, aggregators, recording companies, film companies, animation studios, and other institutions) that the audiences are around the world.

Any account access activities that are carried out without authorization or illegal will be detected by the system which will warn the authorized user, and even can locking it if there is a breach of the account to a certain level.

Every NFT uploaded by the user to the NFT Market system will have the transaction record data in the Blockchain. This transaction record data is in the form of a digital certificate containing the creator, price, and ownership history of the related NFT.

The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the NFT Market can guarantee the authenticity of the audio uploaded by the creator to prevent plagiarism and piracy.

At the time of uploading, NFT Market User Creators will have the option to register their work with the Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DJKI) and obtain a Copyright Registration Letter (Certificate of Copyright) electronically in the form of a PDF (E- Copyright) file. The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) of all digital artworks uploaded to the NFT Market are guaranteed due to the collaboration with various related institutions in Indonesia.

With the ownership of IPR, artists, creators, aggregators, record companies, and institutions will have commercial rights and receive royalties for their commercialization. If desired, the commercial rights can be shared with fans through the Initial Song Offering (ISO) mechanism.
